Why quality green coffee matters.

Roasting cannot fix a bad bean.

That’s why we invest our time in finding green coffee that already shines at the source. Every lot we bring into our roastery must meet our standards for flavor, cleanliness, sustainability, and traceability.

We travel the high-altitude farms of Colombia and the birthplace of coffee in Ethiopia to cup side-by-side with the people who grew it. We pay premiums that make the value chain honest. We roast in small batches so the cup you brew is the cup we tasted.

Our story

Kondor takes its name from the Andean condor — the bird that rides the updrafts of the same mountains where our signature blend is grown. We work with farms that respect the land and the people who tend it, and we roast to honor the work that came before us.
